Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for attracting and serving customers by providing product and service information through community outreach and marketing promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and providing personalized recommendations to meet their individual needs.
  • Open customer accounts by recording account information and maintaining accurate records.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and providing effective solutions.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by analyzing sales data and customer feedback.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and attending sales meetings to stay up-to-date on new sales techniques and product promotions.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service and Sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
