Job Description

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week, with a salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials: Create effective promotional materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media content, to showcase our products and services.
  • Hire, Train, Direct and Motivate Staff: Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Manage Contracts: Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts with clients and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
  • Market Business Services: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our business services, including advertising campaigns, events, and public relations.
  • Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures: Manage budgets and expenditures, ensuring we stay within budget and make informed financial decisions.
  • Write and Edit Press Releases, Newsletter and Communications Materials: Craft compelling press releases, newsletters, and communications materials to engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Direct and Evaluate Establishments and Departments: Oversee the performance of teams and departments, evaluating their effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Plan, Direct and Evaluate Advertising Campaigns: Develop and execute advertising campaigns to promote our products and services, evaluating their success and making adjustments as needed.
  • Advise Clients on Advertising or Sales Promotion Strategies: Provide expert advice to clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies, helping them achieve their business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
