  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and report preparation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an executive support specialist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
