Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to assist in various accounting tasks, including financial record-keeping and preparing cheques for payroll. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date financial records using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
  • Reconcile accounts.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 32 hours per week.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 based on industry standards and location.
