Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Operations Manager to join our team at Milner Group Ventures, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the day-to-day activities of our facilities, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced facility operations professional who can provide strategic leadership and support to our team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize the operations of our facilities, including real estate management and maintenance.
  • Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Recommend products or services to clients and assess their needs and resources to recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce and provide input into product design where necessary.
  • Direct the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff, including recruitment and performance management.
  • Plan and manage the facility's operations budget, including financial planning and analysis.
  • Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facility operations management, preferably in a green economy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software, MS Office, and programming software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package including health insurance, dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, vision care benefits, group insurance benefits, life insurance, and Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP).
