Senior Administrative Coordinator

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the success of Svitzer Americas' human resources operations. The Human Resources Business Partner will coordinate recruitment projects, manage personnel administration, and drive engagement initiatives. This individual will partner with regional HR teams and other colleagues across the organization to ensure effective HR operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the coordination of recruitment projects from initial requisition to final hire
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver high-quality and on-time recruitment outcomes
- Ensure the people performance management process is executed to the highest standard
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, including 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP HRM, or willingness to learn
- Understanding of labor and social security legislation
- Familiarity with strategic HR processes, such as cascading objectives and performance calibration
