About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive/Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO and executive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach to work. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company, driving progress in the fundraising sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries, ensuring seamless execution and timely arrival.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
  • Facilitate communication between staff, clients, and external partners, fostering strong relationships.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets using Excel, analyzing data and generating reports as needed.
  • Evaluate time zones to optimize global meeting scheduling and ensure effective communication.
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing and document management.
  • Support personal errands, online shopping, and daily cleaning tasks to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Orient the CEO's workspace to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Be comfortable interacting with pets, as they may be present in the workplace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and Jira is essential for coordinating with remote teams.

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A valid driver's license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with project management tools like Asana and Jira.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.
  • Effective problem-solving and task management skills.
  • Confidence in public speaking and handling sensitive communications.
