Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Nstart Immigration Consulting Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments for our team members, ensuring that all meetings and appointments are properly coordinated.
- Answer Telephone and Relay Messages: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate team members, ensuring that all communication is handled efficiently.
- Order Office Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring that our office is well-stocked and equipped to meet our needs.
- Greet Clients and Direct Them: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate team members or service areas, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Type and Proofread Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring that all communication is accurate and professional.
Requirements:
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
