About the Job:

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at BH Food Group. This role will provide administrative support to our office staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the flow of information within the team
  • Opening and distributing mail and other materials
  • Determining and establishing office procedures and routines
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • Fluency in English as a primary language
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
