Strategic HR Partner for Global Growth

Our HR Business Partners work closely with the People Team to maintain our unique culture, build a world-class HR function, and support global growth. They collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex organizational challenges through people-oriented solutions on talent development and retention.
This role involves thinking strategically, using data to inform decisions, and challenging conventional approaches. Strong HR knowledge and a love for data are essential. The ideal candidate will provide expertise in performance management, coaching, career planning, and employee retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert to leaders on people-related issues.
- Advocate for the organization in business decisions impacting employees globally.
- Partner with global HR teams to benchmark and improve HR strategies, processes, programs, policies, and tools.
- Align HR strategy with business priorities to drive results.
- Analyze trends and metrics, anticipate needs, and deliver value-added service to managers and employees.
- Critical projects impact employee experience, engagement, and retention.
- Understand business needs to provide strategic guidance to executives and leaders.
- Improve manager capabilities through coaching and management development programs.
- Use data to measure success, learn, iterate, and improve.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or business.
- 5+ years of HRBP or HR generalist experience.
- Experience working closely with stakeholders and providing strategic guidance.
- Strong functional HR expertise in organizational design, performance management, employee engagement, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Data analysis skills, trend understanding, and recommendation development.
- Influence, coaching, and consultation skills for all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated coaching experience, facilitating organizational change.
- Business practices knowledge and link between HR strategy and business strategy.
- Project management experience leading teams to address complex issues.
- Bilingual in French and English.
