Senior HR Business Partner

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by developing and implementing HR strategies that support our technology, product, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies.
- Organizational Development: Partner with leaders to design and implement organizational structures that promote agility, scalability, and innovation.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, ensuring a positive work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their best work.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process for the technology, product, and operations teams, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- HR Programs and Initiatives: Implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic priorities, such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and employee well-being.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decisions, identify trends, and develop proactive solutions to address challenges within the technology, product, and operations functions.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting technology, product, or operations functions.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
