Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at Aylo. This is a key leadership role that will partner closely with our senior leaders and the People Team to maintain and enhance our organization's unique culture, build a world-class human resources function, and support our continued worldwide growth.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert to leaders on people-related issues, solving complex organizational challenges through integrated people-oriented solutions. They will be an advocate for the organization when making business decisions that impact employees globally, partnering with global HR teams to benchmark and continuously improve HR strategies, processes, programs, policies, and tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a subject matter expert to leaders on people-related issues.

  4. Assist in aligning HR strategy with business priorities to drive results.
  5. Analyze trends and metrics, anticipate people-related needs, and deliver value-added service to managers and employees.
  6. Work on critical projects that impact employee experience, engagement, and retention.
  7. Make it a priority to understand the business and its needs to provide strategic guidance to the executive team and other leaders.
  8. Improve manager capabilities through coaching and implementation of management development programs and opportunities.
  9. Use data to measure success, learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on HR or business.
  2. 5+ years of HRBP or HR generalist experience.
  3. Experience working closely with and providing strategic guidance to company stakeholders.
  4. Strong functional HR expertise in areas such as organizational design, performance management, employee engagement, coaching and development, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  5. Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action.
  6. Ability to influence, coach, and consult with all levels of the organization in a positive and effective manner.
  7. Demonstrated experience coaching business leaders and facilitating organizational change.
  8. Demonstrated knowledge of business practices and the link between HR strategy and business strategy.
  9. Project management experience leading teams to address complex issues.
  10. Comfortable with ambiguity and being part of deeply complex business discussions, ability to work within constraints as well as challenge the status quo.
  11. Must be bilingual in both French and English.
