Overview:

In a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, beBee Professionals is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our clients in Ancaster.



Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Assistance: Welcome visitors with a smile and ensure they receive the best possible experience during their visit.
  • Phone Call Management: Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Schedule appointments and manage office calendars to maintain smooth office operations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Maintain the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and presentable at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
