In a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, beBee Professionals is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our clients in Ancaster.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Assistance: Welcome visitors with a smile and ensure they receive the best possible experience during their visit.
- Phone Call Management: Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments in a timely and professional manner.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Schedule appointments and manage office calendars to maintain smooth office operations.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reception Area Maintenance: Maintain the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and presentable at all times.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office.
- Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
