**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a full time Front Desk Administrative Operator who is eager to join a growing team.

The incumbent will have a knack for customer service with high-level proficiency organizing and completing assigned tasks and keeping the office functioning smoothly daily.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Greeting and directing clients to the applicable service areas.
- Obtaining and processing information required to provide services.
- Operating the telephone system which includes answering and transferring calls and relaying messages appropriately.
- Managing and maintaining the reception area, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.
- Performing clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Maintaining work records and logs including office supply inventory and expenses.
- Signing for deliveries and ensure all mail and packages are distributed accordingly.
- Providing administrative support, including data entry and document management.
- Other administrative assistance as required.

**What You Bring to SIB**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Independent and self-motivated.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong data entry and typing proficiency.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

**Education & Experience**:

- One years’ experience in a heavy call environment.
- One year's experience with clerical duties.
- Insurance experience would be an asset.
- Office Administration, Business Receptionist, or a similar type certificate or diploma would be an asset.
- Willing to train the right fit.

**Salary**: From $35,000.00 per year
