Night Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Clerk Supervisor to join our team at 632162 ONTARIO LIMITED. As a Night Clerk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Staff Management: Co-ordinate, assign and review work, hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
- Operations: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or motel setting.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
