Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Wyndham Fallsview. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and guest services during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the front desk.
  • Guest Services: Perform same duties as workers supervised, including checking guests in and out, handling guest complaints, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on guest feedback, employee performance, and operational issues.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain efficient operation of the front desk.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that all security and safety protocols are followed, including conducting criminal record checks and maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
