  • Manage Guest Services: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Maintain a Safe and Secure Environment: Conduct regular security checks, monitor CCTV cameras, and ensure that all safety protocols are in place to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety.
  • Coordinate Maintenance and Repairs: Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair work to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage inventory of materials and supplies to ensure that the hotel has what it needs to operate smoothly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
