Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Director to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales operations and driving business growth.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and will be responsible for:

  • Leading Sales Teams: You will lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Developing Business Strategies: You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Mentoring and Coaching: You will provide guidance and support to sales team members to help them achieve their full potential.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience: You will have a strong background in sales leadership and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Estimated Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 per year

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be based in Ontario, Canada.
