Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and be able to drive business growth through strategic planning and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages effectively.
  • New Product Lines: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead and manage sales teams to build strong relationships with clients and drive revenue growth.
  • Regional Operations: Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff to achieve sales objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a dental plan, health care plan, and other benefits.
