Administrative Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Office Manager to join our team at J D CONCRETE LTD. The successful candidate will have a strong background in office administration and be able to ensure the smooth operation of our office services.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour work week. The ideal candidate will have experience in budget management, inventory control, and administrative procedures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
- Coordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
- Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
- Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures;
- Planning and controlling budgets and expenditures;
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
