Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Leadership Professional to join our team at Best Office Inc. as an Office Manager.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative activities, budgeting, and personnel management.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Budgeting and Inventory Management: Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Organized, reliability, ability to multitask, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
