Midas Auto Service seeks an experienced Office Manager - Administrative Support to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the office, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they meet the needs of the office.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear work priorities.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining budgetary controls.
  • Perform data entry and assemble reports as required.
  • Train staff on new administrative procedures and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
