Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As an integral part of our support services, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events as required.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
