Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the office team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Facilities Management: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Willing to relocate
