Senior Processor, CMO & SBB Onboarding

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Processor to join our team in Toronto. As a Senior Processor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Cash Management product customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform after-sales service support for Cash Management product customers through the implementation and maintenance of Cash Management Online (CMO).
  • Take responsibility for the execution of customer requests, ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met prior to proceeding.
  • Maintain accuracy through implementation and provide relevant recommendations when appropriate.
  • Investigate irregularities or review client requests and recommend potential solutions that comply with CIBC policies and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Need:

  • Strong analytical skills to engage in critical thinking and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to handle customer requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work arrangement, with 1-3 days per week on-site and other days remote.
