Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with ADP clients, serving as the primary point of contact for retirement plan services, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for retirement plan services, providing assistance on day-to-day administration, troubleshooting plan issues, and discussing legislative requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding service delivery, plan changes, and other important matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in ADP's client relationship management system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Up to 1 year of directly related experience in a client service environment.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • ASPPA QKA certification.
    • Experience in ADP payroll and 401(k) services.
    • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in using proprietary systems such as Omni Plus, Power Image, and Clarify.
    • Able to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
    Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $86,000.00 - $137,300.00 per year, depending on location, skills, and experience.
