Client Service Director

Brown and Caldwell is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to play a key role in the growth of our Vancouver, British Columbia office. Our team is dedicated to creating innovative wastewater treatment solutions for clients in the Vancouver area.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of client service strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
- Proven experience in client service management, preferably in the water management or environmental consulting industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
