Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of professionals and advance their professional development
* Assume responsibility for the brand's strategic direction and client approval
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
* Collaborate with the strategy department to ensure alignment and success
* Coach and motivate a team of juniors to achieve their best

Requirements:

* Integrated advertising agency experience at management level
* Experience on a heavily focused mass or integrated account, preferably in the quick service restaurant category
* Solid integrated marketing skills with a strong focus on production
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle a high volume of work
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
