As the Director of Business Operations, your primary focus will be on strategically enhancing the business unit's footprint in the region, aligning with the overarching GBA Places strategy and financial objectives. Your duties will encompass:

  2. Inspiring and Developing a Diverse Team:

    Ensure that the team comprehends the business plan and their individual contributions towards its success, with a focus on quality, global delivery, and integration.

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate will be a licensed Professional Engineer or Architect in Canada, possessing over 10 years of experience in leading and expanding a significant business function within a professional services environment. You should be capable of inspiring multi-disciplinary teams towards a unified goal and exhibit strong leadership skills.

Additionally, you will demonstrate high levels of intellectual, professional, and interpersonal agility. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels, particularly with senior management, are essential. You should possess the technical acumen to identify and manage risks associated with operating a design-led business unit, alongside well-developed commercial skills and a robust understanding of the industry.
