Requirements include a minimum of 8 years in Business Development role, a minimum of 5 years in Business Development strategy design and execution in services, a proven and successful track record in Commercial Real Estate or adjacent industry, and a demonstrated successful track record of sales skills and the sales cycle.

Personal attributes include a resourceful, instinctive, and collaborative individual who is driven by practical results and has a hunter mentality with a strategic mindset.

Education includes a BA/BS in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field, with an MBA preferred.

Workplace type is a hybrid role, offering a balance of remote and in-office work.
