About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cultivation and Development Professional to join our team. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain experience in regional crops and product portfolio management, as well as develop customer relationship skills through close collaboration with Technical Sales Specialists and growers.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong academic background in Agriculture or a related field, with excellent computer skills and a valid driver's license. Leadership and interpersonal skills are highly desirable, as well as the ability to solve problems independently and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the initiation and management of field demonstration plots to collect, analyze, and summarize product data.
  • Apply products for research and development trials under the guidance of experienced professionals.
  • Participate in agronomy product trials at Ag in Motion events.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALISTS, CONSULTANTS, RETAILS, AND CUSTOMERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
  • Maintain and observe safe working conditions at all times.
