Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Senior Administrative Professional to join our team at ICW Immigration Services Ltd. As an Administrative Director, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and overseeing the overall office administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they align with company goals;
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence;
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear work priorities;
  • Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues and clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Monitor and evaluate office operations to identify areas for improvement;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Familiarity with data entry software and report preparation;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
  • Organizational commitment to supporting Indigenous communities through mentorship, coaching, and cultural awareness training;
Work Environment

As an Administrative Director at ICW Immigration Services Ltd., you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum (35 hours/week), depending on experience and qualifications.
