  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to optimize resource allocation.
  • Supervision: Supervise and support other workers to ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in our operations.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop other workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Occupation Classification: Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely and efficient communication.
  • Training Strategies: Manage and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee performance.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to ensure prompt and effective communication.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
  • Digital Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
