Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Rama Gaming House – Scarborough. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Casino Gaming License required.
  • Criminal record check required.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Working Conditions:

  • Standing for extended periods required.
