Job Summary

The Premium Services Supervisor is a key member of the DelMonte Hotel Group team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our Stadium operations. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure seamless execution of our premium services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement service incentives to motivate staff and drive sales growth
  • Oversee daily operations in the Premium Services Department, including restaurants, clubs, and in-seat service
  • Maximize labor utilization and ensure accurate consumption and inventory recording
  • Complete sales, inventory audits, and recounts as necessary
  • Ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent guest service and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
  • Assist with office administration duties, including system administration
  • Aid guests with questions, comments, and concerns

Requirements

  • Smart Serve Certification
  • Management experience in guest service
  • Conflict resolution and cash handling skills
  • Team player with ability to work quickly under pressure
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of safe food handling policies and standards
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Working Conditions

Location: On-site

The physical demands of this role require regular sitting, talking, and hearing, as well as frequent reaching and standing. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
