Overview of the Role

We are seeking a dedicated **Front Office Manager** to lead the daily functions of our front office team. The ideal candidate will possess a **Bachelor's degree** in Hotel Management or Business Administration, along with a minimum of **3 years of experience** in Front Office or Guest Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise front office personnel and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet departmental objectives.
  • Ensure that staff members receive comprehensive training and resources.
  • Monitor guest feedback and proactively resolve any issues.
  • Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the hotel and initiate corrective measures as needed.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction metrics and create plans for enhancement.
  • Oversee financial management and strive for increased profitability.
  • Safeguard the integrity of financial transactions and guest data.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Engage with guests and regulatory bodies as necessary.
  • Act as the 'manager on duty' during shifts.
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years in Front Office or Guest Services roles.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended durations.
