Working closely with the Guest Services Manager, you will provide essential support and direction to the front office team, managing guest interactions and room operations across various shifts.

Primary Duties:
- Oversee the efficient functioning of Guest Services in the absence of the Manager
- Manage guest check-in, check-out procedures, and team training initiatives
- Collaborate with various departments to uphold service excellence
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and team development efforts
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in customer service or hospitality settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal abilities and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills and familiarity with property management systems
- Flexible availability for shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
