Front Office Manager Position

We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Manager to oversee the daily functions of our front office team at Sonesta Hotels. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise front office personnel and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet departmental objectives.
  • Ensure that staff members are thoroughly trained and well-prepared.
  • Monitor guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the hotel and initiate corrective measures as needed.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction metrics and formulate plans for enhancement.
  • Oversee financial management and optimize profitability.
  • Safeguard the integrity of financial transactions and guest data.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:
