Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Recrute Action Inc. in a legal support role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal department, including scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and preparing correspondence and legal documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the legal department, including scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and preparing correspondence and legal documents.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Organization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
