Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Wow Convenience Store. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating Seminars and Events: Arrange and schedule seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure smooth execution.
- Managing Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments for our team members, ensuring timely meetings and follow-ups.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Compiling Data and Statistics: Gather and compile data, statistics, and other information to support our business decisions.
- Office Administration: Maintain inventory, order office supplies, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Communication and Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
As an Office Operations Coordinator at Wow Convenience Store, you will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills. You will be part of a dynamic team that values flexibility, organization, and client focus.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
