Enterprise Solutions Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Strategist to join our team at Mentimeter AB. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic sales processes with key accounts and developing commercial partnerships with large enterprise customers.
Job DescriptionAs an Enterprise Solutions Strategist, your primary focus will be on managing a book of 10-20 key accounts with full commercial responsibility. Your duties will include:
- Securing retention and growth of selected key accounts through active prospecting and customer understanding
- Acting as an internal expert by sharing knowledge and learnings with the sales team, assisting in high-level discussions, and developing sales best practices
- Serving as a bridge between sales, product, and business development teams to proactively improve the enterprise offering and represent customer needs
- Collaborating with the legal team to develop and facilitate internal processes
- Understanding customer requirements and providing solutions that fit their software architecture and working methods, including license management
- Driving strategic initiatives with Sales Management to enhance the enterprise offering
- Closing new customer contracts (Account Executives handle this)
- Roll-out and adoption of our enterprise solution with customers is mainly handled by Customer Success Managers (Although for certain accounts, Account Managers may also be involved)
- Providing day-to-day support (We have minimal support, and a support specialist handles this)
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- 5 years of sales experience in the North American SaaS industry
- 2+ years of experience managing clients (key accounts or enterprise level customers)
- Familiarity with running a full sales cycle and meeting sales quotas
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including a proven track record of successfully addressing C-suite executives
- Professional-level English language proficiency, as we operate in over 150 countries
- Personality test and logical ability test
