Job Description

The Bilingual Government Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating schedules, issues, communications, meetings, and learning configuration best practices for the Government of Canada. This includes ensuring the project framework is well-organized and running smoothly, communicating with internal departments, and external stakeholders, and being highly organized to keep project work on-time and of high quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • New graduates in Administration, Human Resources, Business, Programming, QA, or other relevant fields are welcome to apply. Relevant work experience considered in lieu of education.
  • Technical aptitude, the ability to understand, learn, and work with new software and technology.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bilingualism is mandatory).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $50,000, paid training, onboarding, and meaningful career paths. You'll enjoy your evenings and weekends, working Monday - Friday from 10 AM - 6 PM Atlantic Time. About this Opportunity

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with our team of experts and contribute to our success. As a Bilingual Government Coordinator, you'll be responsible for attending meetings related to various projects and software implementations, taking minutes from meetings to keep accurate records of project progress, monitoring project progress and creating status reports for project teams and intended stakeholders, composing communications for clients, partners, and other stakeholders, organizing and maintaining a database of relevant client information, verifying data by comparing it to source documents, updating existing data, retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested, conducting configuration requests including testing and go-live readiness.
