Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant, Audit, you will provide administrative support to the Provider Audit Team. This includes preparing documents and reports, responding to inquiries from providers, and preparing verification letters.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administering, sorting, processing, and distributing mail for the Provider Audit Team
- Organizing, printing, and managing verification letters for customer contracts
- Maintaining monthly reporting requirements and pertinent spreadsheets
- Maintaining and managing the storage of protected documents
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A post-secondary course in Office Administration and/or Medical Office Administration
- 1-3 years of office administration experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Superior verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products
