Mortgage Specialist with Multilingual Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Specialist with Multilingual Expertise to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and support in both English and French.
Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service to clients, handling pre- and post-closing requests, and addressing calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process Property Information Forms, Notices of Change, and follow-up tasks according to lender guidelines and service standards.
- Ensure all lender and solicitor conditions are satisfied before approving fund release and after reviewing final documents.
- Accurately issue Certificates of Insurance (COI) in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on underwriting practices, collaborating with the underwriting team to manage risks.
- Provide lenders with regular updates on file status, including completed and outstanding items.
- Ensure compliance by meeting audit standards and maintaining precise records.
- Keep internal systems updated with accurate and detailed file notes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mortgage processing or managing real estate files from start to finish is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
