Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Human Resources Manager to join our team at CB Canada. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the Non-profit space and contribute to the well-being of vulnerable groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure collective agreement requirements are met, keeping up to date with collective bargaining and ensuring compliance throughout the organization.
  • Monitor OHS committee.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts and develops recruitment and orientation strategies.
  • Update and maintain other relevant policies and legislation.
Requirements:

What you'll need to be considered:

  • Experience within the HR field (preferably 2+ years)
  • Education in Human resources (CPHR an asset)
  • Experience in NPO and unionized setting
  • First Aid certificate (considered an asset)
