The Strategic Human Resources Manager is a crucial role at Securisquad Services Ltd., where we value our employees and strive for excellence in HR practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with the ability to establish and implement policies and procedures.

About This Role
  • This position is responsible for overseeing the classification and rating of occupations within the organization.
  • Key duties include planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies, as well as managing contracts and training programs.
  • Our ideal candidate will also advise senior management on various HR-related matters, respond to employee questions and complaints, and oversee payroll administration.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff, conducting performance reviews, and evaluating work environments and programs to control and prevent disease or injury.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, to attract top talent in the field.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
