We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Spring Financial Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department and providing strategic support to the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Administration: Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures, determine eligibility to entitlements, and arrange staff training.
  • Staffing: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, recruit and hire staff, train staff, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Policies and Procedures: Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs, establish and implement policies and procedures, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Compliance: Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, and control budget and expenditures, manage contracts, and coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.

Benefits

  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
