Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and operational advice in employee relations, engagement, performance management, total rewards, and benefits
  • Execute on HR programs such as annual performance management, compensation, onboarding, global mobility, and HRIS management
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with staff, peers, and partners
  • Stay current on leading talent trends and deliver practical and innovative solutions that align with Firm goals and enable our people to excel
  • Collaborate with the HR team and other support functions to improve processes and deliver a seamless employee experience
  • Develop, communicate, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure the Firm's objectives are met
  • Coach and develop junior members of the HR team
