We are seeking a Client Care Advocate to join our team at beBee Professionals in New Westminster, Canada. As a Client Care Advocate, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to clients, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide support with medication administration and daily exercises.
- Monitor client's health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with light household duties, such as cleaning and meal preparation.
- Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Canada.
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings.
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients.
- Physical ability to perform lifting and supporting movements.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
