We are seeking a compassionate and skilled In-Home Care Nurse to join our team at Nurse Next Door. As an In-Home Care Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors in their own homes.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description:

Nurse Next Door is a leading provider of in-home care services. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care that enhances the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Execute on the client's care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
  • Provide delegations of task or other training to a care team
  • Assess client needs and report back to Care Designer with recommendation on complex care plans
  • Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practising safely and competently within the job description
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN License
  • Driver's license and a vehicle is an asset but not a requirement
  • Negative TB Test
  • Valid First Aide/CPR
  • Clear Criminal Record Check
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills. Other languages an asset.
